Let Love Break You Open

If you truly open yourself to love it will break you open.

It will break the judgement you had about yourself, and collapse those protective walls. It will crack the seal between you and others with the pure recognition that they are you, you are them, that there is only one thing. So vast.

We are all shards of the same mirror, little pieces, expressions, reflecting different aspects of what looks in and what looks out, yet we are one and the same. In this recognition lies the freedom to be as you are and to allows others to be as they are. No more significance, no more rush, no more need. Just a great sigh of freedom.

That is the great power of love.

Love Holds You

In many ways love is so simple. It just is. It is acceptance and holding. Love holds you no matter what.

Love in its pure form has no boundaries. If you find yourself defining boundaries regarding where, who, why, when or how much you will love, know that your love is conditional. Love, in its purity has no conditions. It pours forth like a waterfall with great momentum and purpose. You cannot hope to stop it.

If you can put exceptions on love, then what you are expressing or experiencing is a pinched-off version of love tarnished by expectation. Love does not hold expectation. It just is as it is, untarnished, unwanting, absolutely filled by its own state of being. Love is fulfilled, which is the very reason it does not know how to withhold.

We are all supported by the love of the divine, whether we know it or not. Try loving without withholding. Love the people you would usually despise. Love their frailty, their misconception, their hard-luck, their ignorance, their loss. Love that they ARE.

If there is a small voice that calls you weak because you love in the face of pain or degradation, let it speak, and then speak for yourself, speak for the love that you are.

Love. And then love. And then love more. Find yourself renewed.
